All financial transactions are facilitated by Paypal. No personal financial information is held by Glassmoon Media, LLC. Glassmoon Media, LLC is not responsible for any conflict from your use the the PayPal website. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the PayPal system. Please read their “Terms and Conditions” and also their “Privacy Policy” located on their web site at http://www.paypal.com.
Notify us immediately if there is any dispute from adding or subtracting money from your account balance. Payment may be requested when a balance of $10.00USD is attained on your account balance. If a payment is requested that is less than $10.00USD, we reserve the right to delay payment until the balance is met. Certain levels of service will require a validated PayPal account. All payments are sent via PayPal.
Paid subscriptions to the LaunchYourMusic.com website will be required to be renewed each month. Your account may not be accessible until this renewal is purchased.
4. Submitting Content
You (“YOU,” “BAND,” “MUSICIAN,” “LISTENER” OR “ARTIST”) acknowledge that you are submitting music/media that does not in any way violate or infringe any copyright, patent, privacy right, publicity right or trademark. You represent that you are the sole owner of the music/media that is submitted.
